Cleaning With Thieves Oil

As mom’s and dad’s we want the best for our children. The best food, the best schools and the best educational programs. We should also want the best cleaning supplies. This is especially true if you have children that are 11 and 12 and can help with chores.

Enter Thieves cleaner by Young Living. This stuff is a power house and can handle anything you throw at it. It is fantastic at killing mold growth and mildew… Very helpful in the shower and bathroom. It can degrease counter tops and kitchen floors and can also be used to wipe down tables. It has antibacterial properties and antimicrobial properties. What does this mean for you and your family? It kicks bacteria in the ass and keeps it from coming back.

I received my Thieves cleaner from a friend who is a Young Living distributor, I also received a starter kit with a whole mess of goodies in it.. more on that later! Here is a quick glimpse of what it contained…

Thieves is a special blend of cinnamon, clove, orange, lemon and more! It leaves the area the was just cleaned smelling fresh, even in the summer. I was worried that it would leave everything smelling like the fall or like Christmas, but it didn’t.

Why do I clean with oils?

I started this natural path because I want the best for my family. Regular household cleaners leave a residue behind which can be picked up by food that is being prepared or even by your skin if you touch it. That goes for everyone in your family. Thieves dries quickly and doesn’t leave a residue, even if it did, it’s safe and won’t harm you. That doesn’t mean take a bath in it though! There are special oils for that!

I use it by spraying my bathroom ceiling, where mold can sometimes grow and also in the shower and on the shower curtain to stop the mildew. I clean my entire kitchen with it as well. This stuff gets an A+ from me!
