About me
About Me
I’m the herbalist behind Wild Pine Hollow Apothecary—an evolving, ritual-centered practice rooted in seasonal living, nervous system care, and honest learning.
My path into herbalism came from a deep need to slow down and find steadier rhythms in the midst of real, complex life. What began as study grew into practice, and eventually into a way of orienting myself toward the seasons, the body, and the plants themselves.
Ritual, for me, is not something elaborate or fixed. It’s a quiet container—something that helps mark time, support the nervous system, and bring intention to everyday moments without adding pressure or performance.
I don’t present myself as having all the answers. What I share through Wild Pine Hollow is what I’m practicing, learning, and integrating in real time, with respect for both tradition and lived experience.
This space is an invitation to slow down, listen more closely, and walk a little more rooted—one season at a time.
